PAINTING / COLLAGE
I am from my mother’s big fat belly when I was born
I am from the hugs and kisses my mom gives me on my way out the door
I am from the loud happy cheer my family gives me when I sing
I am from that good food my mom cooks every night
I am from the love my sister and brother show me everyday
I am from the old school Ghetto family I see overnight
I am from the bugs that bother me when I sleep
I am Tony.

Although the Tsunami was horrible, a poem is a perfect way to capture reactions and emotions to events. Your poem really does that.
I liked your other poems, too, by the way.
Keep finding ways to use words in creative ways.

The poem that starts "I am from..." was very moving. I felt like crying and smiling at the same time. Well done.
